Terms of Use

1. The service

TerraSignal generates neighbourhood reports from official statistics and live open map data for addresses you enter or listing links you paste. Reports are free with a free account. The reports are information, not valuation, legal, financial or investment advice; verify anything material before you sign or pay.

2. Accuracy

Every figure cites its source and vintage. Official data lags and describes areas, not individual homes; "no official series" means exactly that. We do not scrape or copy listings — we read the address a link carries.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your email accurate. You may delete your account at any time at My account. Your privacy choices are described in the Privacy Policy; the choice to receive local agent matches (which shares your search interests with real-estate professionals) is separate, never pre-selected, and never affects access to reports.

4. Acceptable use

No automated scraping of reports or data files beyond the published open-data licence (CC BY 4.0 for /data/open). No reselling of reports.

5. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Ovelha Negra is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal; consumers retain the protections of their country of residence.
